Private acupuncture treatments are one-on-one with a customized treatment plan just for you in a comfortable setting. We can yield faster results by adding adjunct therapies, such as bodywork, cupping or gua sha, aromatherapy, TDP lamp/heat therapy, or electrical stimulation, depending on what is needed.
In 1997, the National Institutes of Health evaluated scientific and medical data surrounding acupuncture and now recognizes the advantages of Chinese medicine’s holistic approach, safety record, and virtual lack of side effects. Additionally, The World Health Organization has identified 104 conditions that acupuncture effectively treats. Such conditions include, but are not limited, to the following:
• Aches and pains
• Stress
• Smoking and other addictions
• Allergies
• Asthma
• Cancer treatment side effects
• Fatigue
• Diarrhea, constipation, nausea
• Headaches and migraines
• Gynecological disorders
• Immune dysfunction
• Reproductive and urogenital disorders
• Insomnia
• Joint and musculoskeletal disorders
• Neurological disorders
Community treatments allow us to keep treatments affordable and accessible to as many people as possible. Treatments take place in comfortable recliners, where clients are fully clothed, accessing points on the arms, legs and head. Most people find the experience very relaxing and sometimes take a short nap.

Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture is an effective, natural, non-surgical treatment which helps to slow the aging process, rejuvenates your skin, rebalances your bodies energy and revitalizes you!
Hair-thin needles are used to stimulate the production of collagen, elastin, and increase blood circulation, resulting in:
• More youthful looking complexion with a healthy glow
• Reduction of fine lines and softening of deeper wrinkle
• Minimizing sagginess of jowls
• Improvement in acne and rosacea
• Improvement in dark circles or puffiness under the eyes
• Fading of age spots
Cosmetic Acupuncture treatments are not just for the facial benefits but for the whole body, they address internal imbalances from hormones, stress, diet, and lifestyle choices. During our initial meeting, we'll discuss how imbalances contribute to the effectiveness of the outcome and provide suggestions moving forward.
A complete course of treatment is usually 10 sessions, 2 sessions a week for 5 weeks. Each session is approximately 60 minutes.

Cupping has been used for centuries as a healing modality and as an alternative to acupuncture.
There is a phrase "Where there is pain there is stagnation, where there is stagnation there is pain." Stagnation refers to blood not moving in the muscles, tissues and acupuncture channels. By cupping the area, it stimulates the flow of blood and fluids carrying nutrients and oxygen to the affected tissues. The suction pulls cellular waste to the surface (coloring the skin), thereby relieving the source of pain. Cupping increases blood circulation; reduces stagnation, helps the body relax stiff, sore muscles and detoxifies the body.
