Katherine Molitor LAc, has earned a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) in New York City and is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in Acupuncture, as well as being licensed in Illinois.
Her comprehensive training integrates both Western and Eastern medical treatments to encourage your body's own natural healing abilities to achieve optimal health. She has clinical experience practicing acupuncture at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases: Initiative for Women with Disabilities, at NYU Medical Center and PCOM Professional Health Services, a high-volume clinic.
Katherine is committed to education. She regularly attends professional seminars, and reviews the latest medical publications to remain up-to-date with the latest advances in conventional and alternative medicine. Her advanced studies have included Master Tung’s style of acupuncture with Susan Johnson, LAc, Dr Tan's Balance Method, Whole Food Nutrition, pain management workshops and various seminars concerning woman’s health issues. Her focus is on healing the body as a whole entity, and models her treatments to combine acupuncture, nutrition, herbs, and bodywork to support her patients.
Her family has deep roots in Chicago and loves its rich history, always rooting for the Cubs!
